Free AFGE retirement workshops — three August sessions
"The Final Countdown: RIFs to Retirement and Everything in Between." Three identical complimentary virtual sessions — attend whichever one fits your schedule: Wed, Aug 12 at 4:00pm PT (register), Thu, Aug 20 at 6:00pm PT (register), or Tue, Aug 25 at 4:00pm PT (register). Topics include maximizing Social Security, understanding and fixing FEGLI, TSP strategies, building a roadmap to retirement, and union membership in retirement. Can't make any of the three? One-on-one appointments are available at unionretirement.org, or email info@unionretirement.org. Presented by Benefit Architects, Retirement Division.
Monthly membership meetings: 3rd Tuesday, on Zoom
Local 1224 meets the third Tuesday of every month on Zoom, open to every member. The Zoom link is emailed to members and posted in our Facebook group ahead of each meeting. Watch both so you don't miss one.
